It is agreed that New Jersey is in desperate times and in need of a strong leader with innovative ideas and the abililty to collaborate but stand steadfast to the needs of the people and state.

The past practice of robbing Peter to pay Paul is not withstanding of the state's assests. It is not the way to run the state budget, someone is always going to be left holding the bag with empty IOU's.

Getting business back into New Jersey is priority, reinstating jobs will naturally follow and reinstatement of health benefits will fall into place, at which time the UE rate will drop.

As for Health Insurance, NJ has several health services in place for those without coverage from NJ Kid Care, Charity Care, Medicaid, Medicare and Clinics. Those with insurance through work plans should not be penalized for having coverage and business should not be slapped on the hand by way of taxing the insuarance provided to those employees. This will cause more havac and not in any way help with the uninsured's plight, but cause more chaos and hardship.

It has taken many years to get into this predicament and may take just as long to see light again. It will take good judgement, level heads and teamwork to accomplish such an undertaking, not a Republican or Democrat, but every person as a citizen.

Best wishes for success.
